What do we offer?

Fabritech offers BOP Repair and recertification services for all major OEM BOP’s. Remanufacturing is an economical and reliable way of restoring equipment to like-new condition, at a fraction of the cost of new equipment.

Our BOP recertification program is designed to mitigate any risks involved with Blowout Preventers after certain periods of use or inactivity. Refer to our recommendation per API STANDARD 53.

How critical is it to recertify a BOP?

A BOP is critical for drilling operations and is just as critical to have it remanufactured properly. We analyze every aspect of the BOP down to the core of the material. Fabritech ensures BOP’s are restored to their original working condition prior to shipment.

It is ultimately the responsibility of the equipment owner to ensure all personnel operating the Blowout Preventers are properly trained to operate and maintain the BOP equipment per manufacturer recommendations. BOP recertification requirements can be further explained upon request.
